Dr. Samrat Jankar operated on my father (age 76) in April for perforation in the small intestines. Initially, my father was admitted to SUHRC for COVID. Dr. Jankar took a quick call to operate in an emergency as my father started having extreme stomach ache during the treatment. My father went through 2 surgeries in 2 months and is doing much better and is on his road to recovery now. We are extremely thankful for Dr. Jankar’s quick decision and his expertise in the field. He has been extremely patient and was available to give medical advice even after we were discharged from the hospital. Dr. Jankar is polite and genuinely concerned about his patients which are very commendable qualities, indeed the best gastroenterologist in pune. We are thankful that my father got the needed care and surgery in time and a doctor like Dr Samrat sir.
